Q: What is Elevated?
A: Elevated Residential Engagement is a social amenity consulting company serving multi-family properties, HOA communities and membership-based clubs.  

Q: What are "social amenities"? 
A: Social amenities are the special events and offers many luxury properties provide their residents and guests to give them opportunities to connect. Things like wine nights, brunches, holiday parties, fitness classes and VIP club access are all considered "social amenities." 

Q: This sounds like extra work for my team.
A: Our social amenity calendars are less work for your team, and provides them with a powerful sales tool! Elevated gives your team effective SOPs and templates for everything they need: flyers, promotion, vendors, purchasing, set-up, hosting, tear-down, RSVPs, photos - our services ensure your team follows best practices and feel prepared and excited for each event.

A: Our social amenity calendars are in demand, and justify higher price points at our properties. Some of our rental properties are even charging a separate "resort fee" which fully covers their social amenity costs - and then some. If you think renters may balk, remember when monthly "pet rents" first came on the scene!
