When something new and fun opens in their neighborhood, our residents are the first to know! How? With Elevated, of course! We stay on top of what's going on around our properties, to ensure our residents know about not only their on-site amenities, but the the unique amenity that is their very own neighborhood! Our Ogden residents had a great time this week singing their heart's out at Cat's Meow at Neonopolis with complimentary beverages and memories to last a lifetime! 

When the weather is nice and the venue is right, we love a good outdoor movie night! With complimentary movie treats, refreshments, and fun movie themed swag, it's a good time for all!

On or off-sight, trivia night is always a good time! Our Juhl residents came out in force to enjoy complimentary beers and a little friendly competition at 3 Sheets' Trivia Night. We have great relationships with vendors and venues all over town, so our residents are able to enjoy reserved seating and feel like the VIPs they are everywhere we go!
