We love holiday parties, and adorning our spaces with decorations and fun extras that add to the spirit of the season! We always joke that you know your parties are good when people arrive right at the start - like this photo taken two minutes after opening the doors for this years SB Halloween! With the promise of a face painter, fortune teller, costume contest, treats, and libations could you really blame anyone for not wanting to miss a minute of fun? 

At Elevated we know residents who love their neighborhood don't want to move - that's why we make sure to host events at nearby small and independent businesses whenever possible. Business owners love us for introducing them to their new regulars, and residents love us for introducing them to their new favorite spot! Strong communities make for strong properties!

We love Halloween, and host a plethora of "spooktacular" events at our properties every year. For those properties that appreciate an extra dose of the Halloween spirit, our pumpkin carving parties can't be beat! Every resident who RSVPs gets to choose their very own pumpkin, and carve or paint it using the tools we provide - jack'o'lanterns for the win!
