Elevated's newest property, South Beach Apartments tried their hands at making a classic gin cocktail as part of our "Master Mixologist" series. Over 30 SB Residents learned a bit about the history of the cocktail, the ingredients, and the expected flavor profile before settling down in small groups to create their very own authentic version of the Aviation, in honor of Las Vegas' baseball team's new name, whose stadium is right up the street!
